Product Information For Static Load Test Bench:

 

Comply with the standards and clauses of EN IEC 61851-1-2019, IEC 61851-1-2017. Used for mechanical strength test of electric vehicle charging piles and similar power supply equipment shells for charging vehicles

 

Test principle: Drive the electric cylinder through the servo motor to apply a certain force value to the top and side of the sample according to the standard requirements and keep it constant for a certain time to verify its mechanical strength

 

Structure and features: The machine adopt a frame structure, which is divided into a horizontal loading part and a vertical loading part. Each loading actuator can move freely in the plane with 3 degrees of freedom. The 3 actuators realize the mobile loading with 8 degrees of freedom in total.
